No. We’re interested in realistic, everyday operations. We design camera placements and filming guidelines to minimise disruption and keep lines running as normal.

There are no upfront fees. Our standard model is that we cover program design and, where needed, equipment—factories are paid based on approved footage.

Payouts are based on approved hours of footage, process tier and demand from AI partners. You receive a clear monthly report showing approved hours, rates and total payment, with funds transferred directly to your designated account.

We review footage against a simple scoring framework: visibility of the process, camera stability, worker anonymity, narration/description quality and relevance to target processes. During onboarding we train your team so they can reliably hit approval criteria.

We follow strict privacy and data-security standards. Sensitive details can be blurred or masked, audio can be limited where needed, and all partners work under NDA and clear data-use terms. Footage used for AI training is anonymised and never shared publicly.

You control the scope and conditions. Workers are briefed in advance, and we provide templates for consent, opt-out and signage. Programs only move forward with clear management support and genuine worker buy-in.
